Hello my friends:
A friend of mine needs a simple period tracker that can work on ios.
all she needs a reminder to remind her about her period time.
she is not interested in technology, so, she needs something very easy
Any ehlp will be highly appreciated.

I believe the watch has that ability. If she has one, she can turn it on. Long live cats.

Back when I was more low vision, I swore by Clue, but now I use the Apple Health app and it works fine for my needs. The main series of Apple Watch (not the SE) also has a way to track ovulation, too

Since you're asking for something simple: If your friend is fine with the assumption of a fixed length of a cycle, no special app is needed. Just add an event which repeats every 28 days (or whatever she knows from experience) in the Calendar or Reminders app.

That said, cycle tracking in Apple Health is as straightforward to set up as anything on iOS.

As has been suggested before, wearable devices like Apple Watch Series 8, SE 3 and later models can monitor skin temperature if you regularly wear the watch during the night. The recorded temperatures, together with information which you can enter manually in the Apple Health app, are used to predict period times more accurately than just using a fixed number of days.
