Accessibility Comments

The app is fully accessible with voiceover. However, since I’m new to the app, I have yet to figure out how to respond to others posts.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver, but the interface could be easier to navigate and use.

Other Comments

I love the concept of this app & could certainly see myself using it for my podcast.
However, I haven't yet figured out how to reply to someone.
This app is also available on Android. I have it on my BrailleSense 6.

Does anyone know how to reply to a road? Or is each message itself declared its own road? Cause I’m a little confused and so is my other friend.

Each message is its own Road, and you can reply to any Road using the 'Add Road' button from the player screen.

Replies show up nested underneath the original Message, so the conversation stays threaded. If you tap 'Add Road' while listening to a message, your reply will be linked to that exact timestamp.

OK I got that now how do I erase a conversation that I don’t need anymore?

By Dave on Monday, March 16, 2026 - 02:30

This can be done from the "conversation settings button" which is located at the top of the player screen for the conversation you want to delete. There will be a "Delete Conversation" button at the very bottom of that settings screen, which will prompt you to confirm the delete.

So how does this compare to Vorail and Ramblio?
Cause Ramblio now has rooms that you can hang out in, and Vorail was similar to what Ramblio was at the beginning.
Vorail eventually became a subscription service, which caused a majority of users to leave.
Ramblio appears to be going in a similar direction, and this has in app purchases, so what exactly are the in app purchases?

By Dave on Monday, March 16, 2026 - 14:55

Roads is a different thing entirely from Vorail and Ramblio. Those are public social platforms where you discover and connect with new people. Roads is private. You create a channel, invite the specific people you want in it, and have ongoing voice conversations just with them. Think of it more like a group chat or a private podcast between friends or family.

The core app is completely free with no limits on channels, members, messages, or recording length. The in app purchase is Roads Audio Plus, which adds quality of life features: adjustable playback speed, the ability to save key moments, upload external audio, export your recordings, and text transcripts. Nothing about the core experience of recording and replying is locked behind a paywall.

if I had to take a guess this one seems similar to vorail in that regard. The in app purchaces are for roads audio plus. I don't know if it’s exactly like vorail where you have to pay to use the app but that's what it looks like. This is from the in app purchace section in the store,
In-App Purchases , Roads Audio Plus: 1 Month (1 Month) , $4.99 , Roads Audio Plus: 12 Months (1 Year) , $39.99 ,
Kinda seems to be heading in that root as well.

I for one really like this app. I haven't seen audio messages done in quite this way, where you can reply and it'll be attached to a particular timestamp. I think it's super cool and I'm trying to get my mom to download it so we can use it together. I think it could be good to send nice messages to her while she's at work.

I've been trying to find an app like this. My family and friends uses Marco Polo and they wanted me to come join them, but it wasn't accessible. I'll take a look at this app.
