I sure would like to know how to do this. Anybody have some tips or links to documents using voiceover to organize the links on the Safari start page?
I have so much. Many are outdated.

There is a drag and drop function for Safari's start page, iOS 26. I haven't figured out how to work it.

I'll try and explain this as best as I can, but as a verbal processor I apologise in advance if I don't make sense. Someone from Apple Accessibility helped me with this a week ago with iOS26.2.1. Drag and drop works in Safari as it does in other apps, providing you have your bookmarks sorted by none. If you sort them by name, date or anything else, drag and drop does not work. Near the top left corner of the screen there's a more button, choose sort, then none, and drag and drop will work. You'll know it's going to work because as soon as you drag a bookmark, you hear the sound VoiceOver starts to make in most apps when dragging an item has commenced. I hope my explanation hasn't been too convoluted, I wasn't sure how many others have figured out drag and drop in Safari since iOS26 changed it. I'll subscribe to this thread in case more clarification is needed.
