Recommended recording in MP3 app for iphone

Hi all, am looking for an app that is easy to use for IOS and that can record in MP3 by default and finally works well with Voiceover. Your suggestions, comments are most welcome. Thank you Daniel

I just upgraded to an iPhone 5S and in the process, lost an MP3 recorder app I had on my 4S. The App author is "Vinh Something. Does anyone have the link to this app or a reccomendation for a replacement app? Thanks.
