Having Trouble Logging In/Finding My Doctor
Hello. I recently downloaded this app to my iPhone 14, and am having a bit of trouble already. I recently got a brand-new internist, and his practice uses this app and web portal. I've tried the web portal out, and it is pretty accessible with VoiceOver but just a bit confusing. When I try to input my internist's practice code via the mobile app, the form field is acting a bit wonky with speech and Braille. My mother emailed me the code, so I'm pretty sure it's correct. Additionally, the code seems to be on the web portal so I guess I could double-check there too. I need to send him an update regarding some tests and other things, but I'm not exactly sure where to do that on the web portal. I checked for this internist using the mobile app for other members of my healthcare team, thinking that he might have a listing there since these practices seem to be closely affiliated. But no such luck. Is there just an app called Healow UAE, or is there an additional one named "Healow App?" I ask because my phone calls the app which I downloaded "Healow UAE." Tia for anyone's assistance with this, and take care. I'll also try reaching out to the devs of this app.
Replying to Myself: American Version of App?
Well well well! I had a bit of time to kill before my personal assistant got here, so I poked around a bit on the Healow website and it turns out that there is an app simply named "Healow" which is a different download link than the one listed in the app directory. So I went ahead and grabbed myself a copy of this free app. I haven't had much time to tinker around with it yet, but it seems to be for the United States. This one looks to be a bit more accessible than the one I originally downloaded. In addition, I bookmarked the Healow web portal and it appears that both the web portal and mobile app are one. I say this because when I clicked on the link for the web portal, I was taken right to the practice where my new internist is employed. There appears to be a way to switch between mobile and desktop right from their site. I'm obviously going to tinker around with this some more.
