Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis

If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.

If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.

In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.

All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

Nice and very loud. Works well. VO and notification, same bug. Screen locks on VO reading notification. Perhaps iOS 50? Long live cats.

I hear you, but this will do nothing but spread negativity, literally no positive is gonna come out of similar comments.
And I know how frustrating this can be, I have a mac after all.
Please @everyone?
At the very least formulate it a bit better.

See his comment...

'Nuff said.

Some people make this kind of comments each new beta / stable release...
@Brian
This is my doom, I'm afraid 🙏😂

There's always negativity on here, especially when OS updates are discussed. Personally, I am looking forward to 26.3, and I am hopeful, that it will be improved upon over 26.2 and earlier versions.
Also, I really, really, really hope Apple will eventually give us the option of place in the search bar where we want, or at least being able to choose between top or bottom. Because, well, I hate that it's on the bottom now... ðŸ˜Ģ

Okay, so I have the latest apple creator studio version.
But before, when navigating in the sheets with the arrow keys, VO would announce the row and column, e.g. c5, d3. Now it announces it only when we are within the header cells and navigate between header cells. Everywhere else it just says the column when navigating left and right and only the row with up and down. Of course we can just do vo shift t and it will announce it, and maybe it was there before this version, but OMG is this annoying.
I don't have time to file a feedback now but am posting this here so other users know.

Pointing out a bug is not negativity. It has been around since 18.5 and now. Many people had reported and we get the message, "Thanks for letting us know about the bug, our engineers are aware and they are working on it". or something similar. Long live cats. Also I payed for my phone and if the software is not working, I want and expect it to be fix. If this was an issue that affected sighted people, it would had solved yesterday.

I'll reframe the comment I was going to make as negativity, as pointed out, isn't helpful.

I'm relieved that, due to considered choices by apple accessibility, my correspondence with them may continue. Furthermore, due to their canny allocation of resources, we have an abundance of topics to discuss.

I can only conclude that I have charmed them to the point that they are worried that I will stop writing should the basis of our conversation be removed.

Thank you Apple Accessibility.

I am writing this with braille keyboard input. The keyboard is no longer stuck in this mode, a bug I reported in early September or October I think.
What's cool is that now we can have all the braille commands like the command mode in iphone bsi with keyboard, it can be useful to assign even more one click behaviour of VO if you need more room lmao. I don't think this is particularly useful actually, but at least it does work as expected now.

Sadly, the bugs with braille input, which are pretty nasty specifically when there are line breaks inserted, and also the dropped letters issue, are unresolved. Also, is the Mail Toolbar just gone for VoiceOVer users, or also for those using their vision? I know you can use the Files app to send attachments via email, but the Mail app with the Toolbar made things much easier for things such as attaching files.

FYI. Alarm works well and is very loud. No issue with the keyboard on typing. Heard some have issue with it. See no negativity. Long live cats. PS Have great expectation for iOS 26.4.
