Greetings.
I recently bought a Belkin Rockstar 3.5 and Charging to Lightning adapter for my iPhone 8. However, within days, it started suddenly making my phone audio go away completely. It has been doing this several times a day.
I tried the old 3.5/Lightning dongle I got with my iPhone 8 for a day and this never happened once.
Is there a way to fix this or, if not, is there a way I can get a replacement free of charge?
Thanks.

Same problem in 3.5mm to type'c dongle
I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem. I recently bought an ien and dongle for listening to hi-pi music on the iphone. Headset and dac KZ branded. The problem is that it occurs all the time when I connect the headset to the dac and the iphone, the device constantly minimizes the volume as if the volume down button is pressed. Headphone security on the iPhone, reduce loud noises, volume control/eq and attention awareness features are off, and regardless of what type of headphone was chosen, I couldn't find a way to eliminate the problem. I don't have the problem with another headset and the same dongle. There is also no problem when I connect the headset to another sound source with a 3.5mm jack. If I can't find a solution, I will have to return the dongle. In this case, can you recommend a product that can transmit the digital audio signal on the iPhone without loss, up to 32bit / 192khz without any problems and with no decibel level limit?
Lightning earbuds
Apple stopped making their own lightning to headphone adapters. I have yet to find anything else near as reliable. If you really want a direct connection, find a pair of the old Apple lightning earbuds.
UGreen Adapter
I've been using a UGreen 3.5 to lightning adapter for 2 years without issue. I have an iphone 11.
