And with that, I would recommend Google Sheets. I have no idea how well Google Sheets works with iOS, or Android, but it's at least worth looking into.
Below our links for the iOS application, Android application, and the web application. Check them out and see if either will work for the two of you.

iOS application:

Google Sheetz web application:
https://workspace.google.com/products/sheets/

Finally, this is the link for the Android application:

I think it will work on ANdroid for sure, but what about the Ios, will it be accessible to see everything?

The iOS application is very accessible. There are even some accessible options that you can enable or disable at your leisure, including having collaborator changes read aloud, or only having certain cells read aloud versus every cell, etc. It works very nice with VoiceOver.
You can also choose templates when you first create your spreadsheet, they even have templates for annual and monthly budgets.

Office365 and a shared spreadsheet. The desktop apps are the most accessible Office apps but a trick I usually employ is to open the spreadsheet online, then open the desktop Excel app and that spreadsheet I opened online will be at the top of the recently opened. I'm not sure if this works with IOS.

By the by, as a divorce law barrister (albeit I gave up matrimonial cases in 2008) I have to say that if only some of my clients had done what you're doing....

Seems very accessible, but i can not edit any data at all.
i fiel that even navigating the sheat on Ios is not so easy for me.

To edit the cells, you double tap on one of the cells, like A1 for example. Then it will say something like A1, selected.
Then you navigate toward the bottom of the screen, until you find an Edit button. Double tap that, then you'll have a text field, with some choices such as formula, numeric keypad, text keypad, etc.
You type in what you need, then look for the confirm button. The confirm button is above all of the keyboard keys.
After double tapping on confirm, you will see that the cell you selected, A1 in this example, will now have the information you entered.

This should make things a little easier. After playing around with the app a little, I have discovered that the edit button is pretty easy to find, it is almost in the bottom right corner. Not quite, but almost. On my iPhone, it is roughly where the letter L would be on the alphanumeric Keyboard.
Also, when you're editing a cell, you can just double tap on return in the bottom right corner of the keyboard. This should be easier than looking for the confirm button.

I used Splitwise on a trip with friends recently and found it quite accessible. It also works on Android. Give it a try!
