We are infantalized. Sorry but this is my take.
Not worth that money at least.

The subject line says it all. There is only 1 type of asteroid during both modes of the game. Sometimes, during free mode, asteroids do not show up at all and you are given the warning that your base has been destroyed. It would be cool if there were a wider variety of asteroids, with some being more difficult to destroy.

I heard Game doubletap's youtube vid on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3wjjIWr40U

and to be honest I really don't care for the look of it.

I'm all there for a space based audio shooter with story, but there seemed literally no action in this beyond just pressing the bottom of the screen when you hear a sound.

Combine that with a story which keeps going on about how fantastic blind people are and how "hard", this training defending the earth is, and the hole thing sounded pretty dire.

It's a shame, I was hoping for something like a sixth sense, to the dragon cave, audio wizards or one of the other more interesting audio action games on Ios, but unless this gets some major gameplay updates this really did strike me as the typical example of the patronising game for the blind, where a story full of fake positive reinforcement is combined with a task a five year old child could do.

I don't mean to bash this needlessly, but speaking as someone who over the years has often found a lot of good in games that others in the community were harsh about, this is one of the few times I've honestly heard a demo of a game and decided it was just not worth my time, or even the couple of quid it would cost to buy it.

I really! hope this sees some gameplay updates in future to actually give it some kind of challenge.

That was just... bad...

I heard the podcast on this one and, the patronising aside, I mean for me that's whatever, to be honest but the sounds leave a lot to be desired for sure. I mean the rocket shooting sounds like a laser haha. That and some of the alarms sound kinda painful on the ears at least to me.

The sound design and how you play was enough to put me off. It's 2025, surely we can do more complex stuff than just tapping the bottom of the screen whenever we hear anything. Not worth the two bucks. If this had good sound design and good mechanics I'd be willing to give this a chance but na. This ain't it. With that being said however, I hope improvements are in the works to make this a fantastic game but as it stands now. I'm giving this a no go.
