Good morning. I’m having a rather strange problem. When trying to load the r s games site on WiFi it will not load. However when I turn off WiFi the page loads fine. This has happened at a hotel and a friends house. It happens on my Mac and iPhone. This site is the only one doing this so far. Any help would be appreciated.

Does it only happen on your friends Wi-Fi network? Or does it happen anytime you connect to any Wi-Fi network? If it's only your friends, they may have some kind of restriction on their network against such websites. Just a thought...

...and not the RS Games client?
With regards to the website, it is strange that you cannot connect to it over Wi-Fi. Do you have any particular limiters on your device, where Wi-Fi is concerned? It, might, behoove you to go into Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, Reset Network Settings.
This will, NOT, wipe your device, just reset your device's networking settings to their defaults. It may fix the issue.

I don't think that resetting the device is gunna help here. If you can't connect to the whole site over wifi on your whole network, it's not a devices fault, and let's be honest. Ever sense they were working on stuff it's been blocked for me as of last week. Keep in mind I've touched nothing in regards to my whole network here.
Again, I say strange.
Because I can load up the RS Games client on my PC, and play games with other people or with bots. I can also load the website @rsgames.org, and it loads for me without issues. So i am not sure what is happening here for you folks. 🙁
