Hi. If you're using safari, flash in intigrated, meaning once you click the vid, it plays, you can't stop or pause the video, or skip the adds. I've learned to dealw itht hem, the most they are is I think half a minute.
I don't think you can.
Those adds are there to help pay for the youtube service. To the best of my knowledge, I don't believe they can be skipped. Yes, they are annoying sometimes, but necessary unfortunately.
Nope, can't be skipped.
But usually you can pause and play with the letter K, rewind with J and fast forward with L.
This isn't always working though, and I don't know exactly what makes it work sometimes and other times not work.
The same is true with using the number keys to navigate the video, but that also usually works. What I have figured, is that it works by each number relating to the persentage of the video being played. So the number key 5 will take you 50 percent out in the video, and 9 will take you to the point where 90 percent of the video is played.
This of course don't work during the comersial, but it can work during the actual playback of the main video. :)

Rather than using your browser and flash, I would recommend using an application called you view. It's very accessible, and for a small donation, you can save your videos in a number of different formats including mp3. You can download it here. https://www.macupdate.com/download/30342/YouView.zip
This is an unfortunate hindrance to accessibility as sited people are more often than not presented with a button that allows them to skip the advertisement. This is also perfectly accessible in the mobil version of the youtube app for iOS.
