safari moves back to the top of the page

When ever I visit the applevis site with safari when ever I get to the third heading it moves back to the top of the page has any one else experienced this issue?

It’s an iOS bug that’s existed since version 6. Focus will skip on most web pages that have multiple headings. It can also be seen in some apps.
