Somebody commented that you go into the Watch app on the phone and look for Sounds and Haptics. FYI, there is a category called Sounds and Haptics and another inside of the Voiceover settings. To adjust Voiceover sounds, you want to look for Sounds and Haptics inside of Voiceover settings.
Hope that helps somebody as I could not find it at first.

I no longer hear the sound when I plug my watch to charge. Maybe is fix on the iOS 26/1 and OS for the watch. Will know tomorrow. Long live cats.

This worked for me on my series 10 watch so give it a try.
Go into the Watch App on your phone.
Double tap Sounds & Haptics swipe right until you reach Adjust Volume Automatically. This is probably selected so double tap to deselect.
Now swipe right once more and you will have a volume slider. Increase this value to say 100% and hopefully your charging sound is restored.

The volume was at 33. I raised it to 90 I think, and now it works. Thank you!

Well it did not worked. Watch is charging and did not made the sound. When I get the 11 after Christmas, hope that will do so. Long live cats.
