I just grabbed myself a copy of this app. First off, I was unable to get past the tutorial but will re-open the app later this week and see what happens. Now to my question. This app entry links to the "Synthesizer" entry. That is a paid app, so I'm wondering why it is listed in this entry? In any case, it's great to have yet another free scanning app.

I figured out how to bypass the tutorial, so just a bit ago I put this app through its paces a bit. As with any of these scanning apps, my aim isn't quite up to par but thus far I'm very impressed with this app. The interface is simple.

this is a really handy little app. I have read food boxes, documents, and my computer screen. Of course, you can’t navigate the screen using this. But I was really surprised that it read the screen at all. I recommend it.

I have a hard time with a lot of these apps and I have never been able to read can labels, but this app read me all the information from a can of Fancy Feast with no trouble. as some may know, Fancy Feast cans are very small and skinny.

I recommend this app too. It starts reading right away.
