Music not syncing after installation of IOS7

Since upgrading to IOS 7 on my iPhone 4S, it is very difficult to sync music. I have a 64 GB phone, and have over 7,000 songs in my iTunes library. Therefore, I sync my entire library. However, when syncing, it seems to hang on one step saying "Waiting for Changes to be applied". I've tried restoring my iPhone and still seem to be having this problem. Is this unique to me, or can someone help? Thanks.

Hi okay sounds have problems syncing Music, okay all depend what kind of operater system are you using Mac OS or Windows Pc you said have over 7,000 songs in iTunes library. Therefore, I sync .my entire library Music.so it will take a while. to be honest it will take over 90 minutes to Sync all your music, remember you erase your iOS device perhaps you are restoring from iTunes it you have per example Windows XP the process will be longer. Windows Vista regular time Windows Seven or 8 will be faster all depend the computer processor on my case I got a new iPhone 5S perhaps I needed restore using iTunes, I have a Windows XP who usually I use to sync music to my olders iOS devices, iPhone 3GS and the Sync progress spend until 2 hours however I have a new windows seven lap top and have 85 apps about 500 songs the is about 30Gb and it takes about 60 minutes. don't worry be patiothe I suggest to you you can see the progress using iTunes under devices sorces after select the restore bfrom this backUp use the tap key until find after sync 5 of 5 or 7 of 7 using tap to forward or shift tap to backward apps, tones and music. or directly on the iOS device under settings// General//iTunes Wi Fi Sync hope this helps
Thanks. You're right. Finally got it to sync after about 3 hrs. I'm using Windows 7 and iTunes 11. However, on a previous attempt, after the sync was finished, my iPhone showed no titles in Music, but the memory was used up as if all the music was there. Very frustrating. However, all worked on the next attempt. In addition, sometimes, when syncing after adding new songs to my iTunes library, the sync will complete but the songs will not be added to my phone. I never had these problems with IOS 6. I'm not sure if this is a problem that others have experienced after upgrading to IOS 7.

Hmmm? I haven't seen any issues mention above. as you know when Sync entire Music library are syncing all kind of media from your iTunes library to your iOS device. this include podcasts, files from dropbox, etcetera when you play audio files from others sorces per example podcasts from apple vis using your Pc and sync the entire library all the audio files or media goes directly to itunes library so then your itunes library is growing more an dmore. that I think try plug the iPhone to the windows open iTunes plug your iOS device make sure the iPhone is show it under devices Sorces using iOS device open Settings//general//iTunes Wi Fi Sync it could help is possible that still will sync music. if doesn't work make sure the audio or music format is located on iTunes library. look for under Music sorces press tap to select by songs, albums, artists etcetera. I hope this helps for you again.

Hello Wayne, I have post something with the same topic in this forum, and Marco told me to look for this post, but what I see is that your problem has not be resolved. The first time I Thought it was only a problem of a particular song, but I have been trying to add my Christmas playlist to my devise, which I add every year in this season, but for the first time it can't be added to my IPhone 5, as well as other songs which I haven't purchased on the ITunes Store. Have you resolve this issue?

Hi Karina It seems to be working now, but I'm honestly not sure what I did. With respect to your problem, I found that when I deleted a song or playlist in the past, it would not automatically sync again to my device. You might want to try removing all your music from your iPhone and then re-sync. You can do this by: 1. Open iTunes and connect your device. 2. On the Music tab, remove the check mark from Sync Music, and then click apply. 3. You will get a warning message saying that this will remove all the music from your device. Click OK. 4. After the sync is complete, your device will have no music. 5. Under the Music tab, re-check the sync music check box, and click sync. 6. Your device should now re-sync adding all of your music and playlists even those previously deleted from your device. Make sure that you also have a check mark in include playlists. I hope this helps. Depending on the size of your music library, this could take a while.
