One letter quick navigation with a braille display

_i am using a braille display and have been told that one letter quick navigation with a braille display is possible, but I cannot make it work. Am I missing something?

If you go into the commands, you can assign a command for Next Link, Previous Link, Next Heading, Previous Heading, etc.

Press space + Q or Space + Dot 7 + Q
