Eter has surpassed Triode in terms of accessibility and its commitment to VoiceOver users. Additionally, Triode lacks an auto-refresh feature for the radio
browser database, making it less appealing for its price. Another huge thing in Eter's case is the huge number of rotor actions they added. Accessibility for the Eter developers is truly at the heart of everything they do now. It is amazing how far a little outreach can go. If you are nice kind, and explain why these features will help you some developers are willing to go above and beyond. Furthermore, Triode does not offer a watch app, whereas Eter provides apps for Apple Watch, Apple
TV, Mac, and iOS. The total cost for all these Eter apps is $8.99, while Triode is priced at $29.99. I should note that is for the lifetime in Triode's case this doesn't apply to Eter as it is a one off.
