no, not really. but what i noticed, is when you play back your recordings, it tends to automaticly drop the volume of the playback. so turning it up, brings it back to a normal level. but of course, if i am wrong, somebody, please, let us know. it would be kinda cool to have level settings, but i have not seen anything to do such a thing.
No, by default, iOs doesn't allow you to modify any of its audio preferences.
How ever, apps like Rode rec or bossjock studio allow you to do that, while recording in that app.
Note that Rode rec le is free but requires a braille display or sighted assistance to get set up, as iOs devices output is disabled when lounching it first. Bossjock studio costs, but at the same time is 100% accessible and allows you to do many great and good sounding recordings.
