TV Guide Mobile APP Accessibility Issues

Hi. I just updated versions for my TV guide mobile app. This version from what I can tell so far, I'm not liking. The lay-out seems pretty simple, but when ever I put in a show for it to search, it always tells me no results; even for a show that I'm sure should be there. I've tried going in to the APP switcher and closing the APP. I've even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the APP. Still nothing. None of my shows are showing up when I search for them. It lets me search for channels though. So that's good, but my shows are non-exsistant, according to the mobile APP. Is anyone else having this problem? Please, reply back and let me know. Does anyone else have any solutions for this issue? I used to love this APP, and I am very disappointed that I'm having these issues, and am not able to use this APP in its intirery.

Hi there, I am also having the same problems you are experiencing. Also, I think this might be the app in general, but the app keeps refreshing. I'm guessing this is do to the fact that it wants to get the most up to date info it can. Just thought I would offer my thoughts.
I'm having both of those issues. With the refreshing, it seems to happen about once a minute, which isn't a lot of time to get to the point you're looking for with Voiceover. It would be great if there was a way to set the refresh time to even something like 5 minutes, to make it more manageable. Disabling it completely would be even better, maybe having a Refresh button somewhere on the screen (if there's none already).

Another app you could try is something called NFB TV Listings. You have to be subscribed with NFB Newsline first, and then you can get the app. The TV listings is really cool. It doesn't do everything that the TV guide mobile app used to do before it went crazy:), but it's something at least. Also, NFB newsline does a lot of other really great things as well. Thank you to you guys for all of your responses. It helps to know that I'm not alone.:) Every time I see an update for the app in the app store, I keep thinking, hurray!!! Finally,it'll be fixed. But sure enough, nothing! We can all hope, right? I really loved that app, and wished I never updated to this crappy rendition... Okay, I'll stop ranting and raving now. Anyway, does anyone know how to contact the developer, or has anyone attempted that yet? Do you think that it'll do any good? Looking forward to all of your responses, Sammie.

I was dealing with the issues this app gave me for a while, but today I tried to click on a channel to view its schedule, and it didn't even activate. Also every time you scroll down to look through channels, if you try to scroll back up it just keeps saying refreshing page or something, and it will not scroll back up. It's really annoying. So I just emailed the developers. I really need to see what's on my tv listings sometimes, and I download like 5 other apps today to check them out and none of them worked at all, I mean they were even worse than this one. So I don't know what to do. Also, another annoying thing with this app is that out of nowhere, a menu will pop up on the left side of the screen, getting in the way of all the channel and program listings, and there is no way to make it go away. Also it's really laggy. I mean, this app has completely gone downhill. I'm just hoping to hear back from the developers. Hopefully they get back with me about it soon.
