I just upgraded my iPhone and I'm looking for a place that I can get a little money back for my old SE 2, any suggestions? I think Apple has a buy back program but since I already have a new phone and just want to sell the old one I didn't know if they'd do that or not.

Trade and Sell
Apple does trade-in but that is only when you buy a new phone through them. There are other sites including Amazon and Gazelle. This could vary by country a bit but Googling should set you up. I've used all three over the years: Apple, Amazon, Gazelle. And I know there are more, those are just the ones I know off the top of my head.

Applewill allow you to trade in any eligible items you wish even if you did not trade them in when you purchased a new device. I was able to receive $95 back for my old iPhone SE 2022.

Rixon is absolutely correct. So trade them in to Apple, get the gift card, and make your life easy.
Don't sell to Apple if you're after cash
Apple will give you an Apple Store gift card. If you're after cash, sell it somewhere else is my advice

Apple's Trade-In Values are Very Low
I was helping someone look up the trade-in value of an iPhone SE (3rd Generation), in hopes of helping them put the value towards a new phone. Apple will only give $100 for an iPhone SE (3rd Generation). When non-Apple-refurbished models are going for $200-plus, Apple Trade In seems like not the best option to me.
