So I was on my other partition with Sequoia 15.3.1 stable. I wanted to reset my recovery key for my apple account. When I clicked on create new recovery key I got a the key. First I was not able to select it with voiceover selection commands, by interacting with the text and selecting with vo enter. After thinking about it for 3 seconds I decided that it actually makes sense somehow. So I clicked print, aiming to save it as pdf. The thing is I only seemed to interact with the print dialog and all subsequent elements after clicking create recovery key button with tab and shift tab only, as vo+arrows would only display the previous web content with recovery key as heading level 2 (I think), and all the buttons dimmed except the done button . When returning back in the system settings app, VO would say dialog when pressing vo left/right arrow, and interacting with it would leave the cursor stuck in the same page previously mentioned where I can only click done, but actually pressing tab and shift tab reveals reveals that I am either in the screen displaying the actual recovery key, the print, cancel and continue button, or yet the usual printing dialog --> save as pdf finder window in that dialog where controlling the file location or renaming the file is difficult due to the fact that VO doesn't see most or all elements but the keyboard cursor does. For example when creating this pdf there is an option just before the cancel button in the save dialog in finder named security options where I can create a password to protect that pdf. Even when with the tab and shift tab I can be in the password or confirm password text field, I am literally unable to type the any character as I hear the macos standard error sound.

Try copying the key by using the command to copy the last spoken phrase to the clipboard, vo shift c.
