Using the Password Generator in Mavericks

Hi all, Just updated to 10.9. Love the iCloud Keychain as now I don't need to pay for RoboForm. However, I can't seem to make Safari suggest strong passwords when creating logins. I've tried it on the BlackBerry ID site - for BBM on iOS - as well as the Apple ID site ... even AppleVis. When I move the VO cursor into the password field, nothing happens. Do I need to do anything else? If anyone can help who's managed to sort this out then I'd be really grateful. Cheers!

I really, really would love to know this as well. I, too, have tried to use the password generator, but am out of luck here as well. I tried pressing down arrow on a password field and even looked for an option in the menu that comes up when pressing VO+m, but couldn't find any way of doing this. Furthermore, Safari doesn't seem to log me in automatically. I logged into a website on Mavericks, and was asked by Safari if the password should be stored. I accepted this, and then logged out of that website. When logging back in, I noted that username and password fields weren't populated by Safari automatically. I then selected the username field and pressed down arrow, which caused Safari to fill in the username. However, when I attempted the same with the password field, nothing happened whatsoever - I couldn't get Safari to fill in my password for me. Does anyone know how to get this to work properly? Thanks! Robin
