So I really want to experience my mac in french to report translation bugs. Although changing the language on ios it easy, it doesn't seem to be the case on mac. I can't vo-space on that language, and drag and drop doesn't work as far as I know. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

run this command in terminal:
sudo languagesetup
and follow the instructions on the screen.

I was able to do it almost by accident but the drag and drop situation is completely undocumented about which option does what and where.
