Hello everyone. I purchased an Apple watch a few months ago and love it. While voiceover is straight forward, I'm curious about some secondary gesturs I have encountered, but not exactly what extra gestures there are. I just discovered recently that if you put a finger toward the middle of the top of the screen, you will hear a tone and you can keep your finger on the screen and keep going down and feel 2 clicks and it gets to notification center. I noticed the same type of thing from the bottom middle of the screen but could not get anything to happen. Then there is something with tapping with two fingers and holding and it adjusts volume or something. Those are the types of gestures I'm referring to. I have checked the user guide and it makes no mention of those kinds of gestures. I appreciate any ideas you all have and it can help someone else as well.

They are kinda hard to do,…
They are kinda hard to do, now on watchos 11 we can press the side button for control settings, and when on the watch face we can rotate the digital crown up to go to notification centre. I have an se2. Usually I use the actions. It's true that before watchos 10 my testing with different models suggested a more unified and coherent interface. In 10 we got the side button even sighted people are not very convinced as to the why, and now in 11... Well we have the time in the now playing view which is great for everyone but now we have to control the volume twice.
Gestures on Watch
I use a single finger flick up successively to to the Control Center, Notification Center, Customize Watch Face, and Show Widget dialogs.
I find a single finger double tab to activate an item doesn't always work reliably, so I have assigned the "clench once" gesture to activate an item.
