Ios 7 for VO user

HI all! Ios 7 says to be a very large experience new that happened for Apple and world wide, cuz of these functions design etc etc. But I'm a user of voice over that many other members here also do the same, that for us it's not so great difference. do you agree with me? I can not find any specially news to do example gestures/functions realited to Voice over in Ios 7 that older versions before. I remember that there had posts here what we would like to see in Ios 7 accessiblity. Okey, Control center is first thing I can pointed. So why haven't it develope more accessible for us? it maybe could be so much better!
