Update to the latest version of nvda if you have mathml problems

So since about four or five months I was having big issues with reading mathml/mathjax content on my windows 11 laptop. I tried it with jaws and nvda on chrome and edge. My bad, I should have tried on non-chromium browsers. TLDR, nothing was read with nvda and jaws with my single test on chrome showed me a script execution error page in the old ie classic style :) so I thought my laptop just needed a reset like usual after one year, but I was lazy then and just stuck to my mac for math stuff, good for apple and for me as my mac was becoming more and more useful to me and not only just an overly expensive pro power house just to run textedit and teams on chrome :) I mean, I still use it anyway.
Apparently it was a bug with nvda that just got fixed with 2024.4.2. Not sure if the problem with jaws was because of 2023 version fixed later though. That version fixed the problem and it's one of the main element in the release notes. I thought it was a useful info to share here. I am tired of reddit (for r/blind) interface especially on mac these days, at least on windows it's quite usable even now.
The thing is that I used both access8math and mathcat with nvda. I tried everything to get some debugging info in the logs even if I never thought it was nvda specific but got nothing.
