Making the Jump; and having all my Game Data Come With

Hello, OK, so as a two-time iphone owner, I should be used to this by now, but I'm going to ask a very unApple like question. I do not use game center; I am just not interested in the social aspect and have never bothered to create an account. So barring that in mind, will my game data be lost when I update to iOS 7? Ordinarily, I wouldn't care, but I have amassed quite a collection of gold and treasure trove of words in Solora and iAssociate II. :) I know there are options to restore in-app purchases, and I think they will need to be restored since iCloud just redownloads the apps, but will I have to solve all those levels again? Or should I just bite the bullet and apply for a game center account? I kind of have a minute to upgrade now, and the suspense is killing me!

but I believe solara keeps track of your progress and of your identity through your gamecenter account. what I mean by identity just in case some people get a wrong idea is your ID a account if you will for solara to know its you and so on. HTH

Hi. If you do an oda update instead of using iTunes to upgrade you can upgrade without losing anything. Or if you want to use iTunes, make a backup first, then upgrade, then restore from that backup.

Thanks for your reassurances. I'm happy to say I'm successfully on iOS 7 and my kingdom still lives on.
