I have airpods pro 2, using with Iphone 13 pro max, now, i have a big issue while using My airpods on street,
problem1:
- all media + voice over can not be hared at all, they became like whisper,
i tried using volume buttons but with no luck,
i can here call voices very will.
Problem 2:
- when i get a call, my iphone did not ring or even my airpods did not give me any notification,
so, what can cause this?

This feature might have been turned on. Sometimes the media does go down also. If nothing else works, put in "forget the device" and start afresh might help.

Maybe the ringer volume had gone down, which happens sometimes. You need to increase the volume, when it happens.
but it is ringing without airpods
when i disconnect my airpods, it is ringing naturally,
so, do i have separate volume when I connect my Airpods?

I encountered similar problems. An incoming call would not ring through my airPods, or did so very faintly. Music would play through the AirPods, but VoiceOver wouldn't.
I did a simple web search and found a few discussions, at Apple Support and other sites, discussing similar problems. Those discussions provided steps to unpair your AirPods, reset them using the button on the case, and re-pair them to your phone. I've had to do this twice in the 2.5 months that I've owned them.
