Using Tables with VoiceOver on the Mac

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find a guide for using Pages on the Mac? I've got a nested table that I'm trying to work with for school, but I can't figure out how to interact with the elements. I don't know what I did, but I somehow managed to add a bunch of columns to the table, but now I can't figure out how to delete them. Any advice would be quite helpful.
Thanks,
Rich

Press Control + Option + Shift key + Down arrow key to start interacting. Press Control Option Shift Up arrow to exit the table. An easier way is if you Trackpad Commander mode on, swipe right with 2 fingers to enter the table. Swipe left with two fingers to exit the table.

Hopefuly this helps.

If you want to preserve your fingers you probably use capslock hopefully for vo modifier.
In the table you can directly use the arrow keys (quick nav off) to navigate by cells though I am not sure about the behaviour with nested table and merged cells, etc. Pressing enter or vo-space on a cell should allow you to edit it.
Also option plus arrows add a column / ro to that direction. For this, a quick tip, this happens with numbers so probably pages as the table interface is litterally a copycat of that of numbers. Don't hold option+arrows them for too long, otherwise voiceover will go through the repeated announcement history one by one and during that time vo and so your mac will be completely unresponsive and turning on/off voiceover has not been 100% reliable for me.
