Adding a malware exclusion to a file or folder, how to?

Good morning everyone, I am running into a small problem with a file on my new Mac that I need some help with.
For context, I installed Stardew Vally and the needed accessibility files, to run the game with said mods though I need the stardew mod file, which comes with the game and is a unix file opened in Terminal. Normal running of the game works fine, but as soon as I run the modding appi, mac OS instantly declares it malware and puts it into the recycle bin, it doesn't even ask if I want to open the file anyway as it does with other files.
I tryed getting around this by disabling gatekeeper and allowing apps from anywhere, this didn't do the trick though.
Any ideas where I can tell Mac OS that the file is no risk?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings Moritz.

If the file is being blocked by Gatekeeper, you should be able to open it by going to System Settings > Privacy & Security, and clicking the Open button under the "Security" heading.
