Having trouble using Walmart app

I have been using the Walmart app for a while and havent had many issues until this latest version. When i search for something it says for example 30 results. So I do the usual swipe right to look at the results and I can only see one. I swipe and after the first result get no feedback it takes me to the tabs. I tried swiping with 3 fingers up and down and see there is more results and there is. So i cant find what I need just swiping that way. I tried contacting them from the app but it took me to an AI chatbot. Is there an actual email I can use? Thanks.

I am having difficulty with the app as well. I cannot get it to allow me to shop for items, and other descriptions of items in the app. I contact them through the chat box on the computer, and they called me and submitted a bug report. I think we all need to let them know that the app clearly is broken.

The shop and search portion has been somewhat fixed in the new update. It still does not work as it did in the past.

I updated yesterday I think and tried searching and looking in results and haven't seen a fix yet. Thanks for letting me know.

Got in touch with somebody a couple weeks ago and they said its a ios 18 issue with AI and wait until 18.1. I told them this was happening before 18 and i am on 18.1 now and still having this same issue. Anybody having any progress?

We actually just talked about this at our library's last Open Tech session, because several of us are having the same issue. I've been able to have a bit more success exploring by touch instead of flicking right. But it's still buggy and clunky.

I figured it can't just be me dealing with this and we have had so many app updates! They are not listening or information is getting passed to wrong people.

It seems to be fixed. I updated it about a couple of hours ago, and I have managed to add a few items with no trouble so far.

Hi. You are able to search for something and scroll through the results no problems? I haven't seen a fix on my end yet and last update I got was yesterday. If there is a new update today I will be looking out.

search is still broken. You can go to a few results then it just quits working.

The search and shop is still broken. It does give you a few more items, but you still cannot continue to swipe right. However, the other portions of the app still seem to be working.

Since many people are having this problem, what can we do to help get this fixed?

I tried reporting this early last month and got a person messaging me back. I told them the problems we are having and they said it is an IOS 18 problem with AI. And to wait for 18.1. I told them this was happening before 18 and they were supposed to submit a ticket and I never got emailed on that. So at this point I don't know what else to do.

I redownloaded the Walmart app a while ago, as we finally got the delivery option. From what I can gather, it appears, when viewing results, they're displayed in a kind of quadrant setup.

If you use touch exploration, you have an entry at the top left, then top right, then move your finger nearer to the bottom and, as the top, another entry on the left and the last one to the right. then you can use the three finger swipe up or down to navigate through the various pages of results.

I find this makes it a little easier to navigate the results. Don't get me wrong, I find it'd be much easier if they allowed us to sort the entries in a list view, and maybe remove all the additional buttons per item and add them to the Actions rotor instead, kind of like the way that InstaCart does it.
