For me, the Braille screen input feature is one of the most important accessibility features in IOS. Unfortunately I don't have any idea how to enter 8-dot Braille characters using the virtual 6-dot Braille screen keyboard. Okay, there are specific I/O-Tables for that kind of characters implemented that should allow to do thisbut its not clear how to produce them witth only six dot keys.
Kind regards
Martin

You can't write with 8 dot Braille
You can't write with 8 dot Braile because Braille Screen Input on an iPhone doesn't supports in 8 dot Braille.
I hope that Apple will be implement this optionin the future.
In Ipad you can write with 8 dot Braille, because his screen is bigger.
Am I correct in thinking…
Am I correct in thinking eight dot on iPad is just for writing and doesn't work for the commander?
So you can't do 8 dot on ios…
So you can't do 8 dot on ios but actually can on ipad? This really gives me the temptation of getting this little mini one day!!!
Thanks for your feedback
Okay, I've learned a lot from you. So my next Apple device could be an iPad mini or so to bring up 8dot Braille.
