Hello Apple vis members, Kaushik here I am a new YouTuber recently bought MacBook Air M1. Can anybody suggest best accessible screen reader than screen flow because I need to record my voice and voice over and screen also.

Yeah me too. People say that cmd shift 5 and then selecting macbook microphone should allow to hear voiceover but this is only through mac speakers and completely not pro. I expected and people seemed to believe that VO and internal sounds are recorded whenever you do screen record exactly like ios (which indeed works, for VO too). According to reddit this was apparently the case on Ventura but has seemingly been changed, buged or removed for sonoma and now on sequoia as of writing. I ended up starting learning how to use obs just for this and I'm still in the process of that.

In OBS studio, selecting sources is very difficult. If you learn, can you please tell me how to select sources with VoiceOver?

Take a look at loopback, that' will allow you to record voiceover output or any app. As far as obs studio... It was a while since I set this up to work, but it is accessible. Not the best interface sure but, it works.
If you want to only record audio, I.e, app etc, take a look at audio hijack. Not sure how this will work with obs though, loopback will work better with obs, however audio hijack is useful if you just want to record audio.
