Hi all! I'm hoping someone can help me out with this minor issue I'm having.
I've been a Mac user for about six months or so and pretty much mastered everything except answering FaceTime calls. I've tried accessing the notifications menu and notification center and that doesn't work. I've tried pressing command tab until I hear FaceTime, then using the VoiceOver keys+right arrow to navigate to the controls, that doesn't work. I've tried interacting with it, that doesn't work. I even tried creating a keyboard shortcut and there's no luck there either.
I don't like to use my phone for everything, so it would be nice to be able to do this, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Maybe it's just impossible with VoiceOver? Or maybe I just really have to make sure my notifications are cleared and it'll work with control+option+O to go to FaceTime? I've only been able to get it to work twice.
Hopefully this makes sense, I know I'm rambling but hopefully someone can help. Much appreciated!

It's a challenge
I've struggled with this in the past, and an AppleVis search ought to turn up some of my past frustration. I've disabled calls on other devices and just use my phone. It's not as convenient as taking the call on my Mac, but at least I can answer the call.
It's been a while since I've done this, but here is the strategy I remember.
When a call comes in, press VO+O to go to the notification center. Interact with the notification, then VO+End to jump to the last control within that notification. Find the Answer button and select it.
