Has this been mentioned before? When unlocking the phone and going to the home screen, Voiceover says the name of the last app I opened followed by the first icon on my home screen which is the clock app for example it will say WhatsApp followed by clock.

It's something that's happening on my phone regularly when unlocking to the first page of the home screen. Also when the phone is locked, it will sometimes automatically act as if the home button has been pressed when it hasn't. That normally happens when I get a message notification but this seems to happen for no reason I can tell.

Did you use the two finger swipe down feature to read all icons on the home screen?

Why would I need to do that? I know what icons there are on my home screen. The bug where it acts as if the home button has been pressed is when the phone is locked so it just displays the lock screen and there aren't any notifications on screen and then it locks itself again after 10 seconds.
