Similar here. In the morning I saw that my 11 Pro with 17.7 wouldn't charge above 95% eventhough the battery-setting should allow it.
Strange...

I have the iPhone 13 as well and I'm not experiencing this issue. Are you plugging into a wall or into a USB port? Are you using an official apple charger or a third party one? What's your battery health percentage?

hi, i'm using apple's official charger, and i'm connecting my charger to a external chord and my battery health is 89%

Is clean energy charging turned on? This might affect your iPhone charging.
You can find it in the same spot as optimized battery charging.

How hot is your phone when it is charging? I have seen the phone not charging above a certain point when it is supposedly overheated. Sometimes it gives the notification to this effect, sometimes not. The issue could be because of the weather or temperature instead of anything to do with the device or the software. Try charging it in a different room temperature.

I think it's definitely weird. I mean, sometimes when my phone is charging, I have to unplug it, and then plug it in again for it to move past 80%. The first, and the last, 20%, seem to take the longest to charge. My phone generally gets stuck at 80%, or somewhere in the 90s. Strange very strange. It could be the temperature, but, I really don't know.
