Hi, can you create macros that will do something like say the battery percentage when it gets below a certain percentage? if so how?

This is an upcoming possibility in iOs 14.
In the Shortcuts app, you could create an automation, set it's triger to a certain battery level. Then have the automation get battery status and make it say the status out loud with the speak text action. You could also make it switch to lowpower mode or do other actions you might need.

Hi, could someone please do a podcast on how to do this? Thanks.

I have a shortcut which speaks the battery percentage, as well as a few other things such as turning on low power mode.
If you want to get it for yourself, you can get it here:

This shortcut check to see if your iPhone is plugged in. If so, it doesn’t do anything.
If your iPhone isn’t plugged in, it speaks text letting you know what your current battery percentage is. I have to set up to run with my iPhone reaches 5%, 10%, and 20% battery. You don’t have to select the option to run when it falls below, because when your device is charging, the shortcut does not run.
Just make sure you turn off run after confirmation.
