I understand how to get to misspelled words using command mode and braille screen input but I'm not really sure how to get to the spelling suggestions. Ordinarily, you'd flick left and right to hear suggestions, so what's the braille equivalent
After turning the rotor to misspelled words.
Use dot 3 and 6 to move from one misspelling to another.
Once on a misspelled word, use dots 1 and 4 to move between your selection of corrections.
So when I am typing in BSI, I cannot seem to get anything with the rotor, whether I’m in BSI mode, or BSI command mode, other than lines, words, and characters. This only happens when I am actually editing text. Of course, if I’m doing anything else, the rotor works like it should. My question is, how are you all getting to the misspelled word setting while editing text?
Admittedly, I am new to BSI, but nevertheless, I have finally figured this out. In command mode, the one finger swipe up and down only does text rotor commands, characters, words, and lines. However, and I did not know this before, if I use a two finger double tap on the left and right side of the screen, that lets me cycle through all of the rotor options. Including ‘misspelled words’.
** Edit: turns out this is actually using dots two and three, and dots five and six respectively. **
Once I have chosen the misspelled words option, dots three and six will let me navigate by that rotor item (as someone mentioned above) and then once I am on a misspelled word, dot one and four will let me cycle through options to replace said misspelled word. Finally, pressing dot three and six together will let me choose that replacement.
BSI is a whole new beast for me, but so far I really like it. 😎✌️
I was playing around with entering text tonight. Sometimes
instead of deleting a word, I do this by sort of curling my finger in and extending it to the left along the screen,
I get a dot five instead. So still some kinks to work out. But when it's on, it's pretty amazing.
While in command mode, dots 2 and 3 moves to previous item in the rotor. And dots 5 and 6 moves to next item in the rotor.
To move between the choices for each item in the rotor, dot 3 or dot 6.
And to make a selection or double tap an item in the rotor, dots 3 and 6.
I never use the rotor in typing mode because BSI now has the built in navigation.
To navigate while in typing mode of BSI.
Hold down dot 1, never letting go.
With right hand, flick up with one finger to switch between characters, words, and lines. And swipe left or right to move cursor by the chosen method.
Just remember to not lift that finger on the left.
When I made my last post above, I had originally stated that I used dots two and three, and dots five and six for rotor navigation. I thought I had made a mistake, so I edited the post and just said two finger tap on the left and right screen.
Alas, I should have left things well enough alone. Lol.

@Chris Chaffin
perfect, thank you
After you have found the…
After you have found the replacement for that error, how do you then select the replacement?
A question

@Justin Harris
You activate by pressing dots:, 3, 6.
@Brian
I get that as well occasionally. -You need to tap on the textfield again sometimes and then the rotor should work as expected.
Fair enough
I've been using the normal rotor to get to the mispelled words setting. Then using bsi to make corrections. lol
Eureka!
