Triode uses auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription provides additional features like high-quality artwork and favorites. The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period and will be charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

It's in active development, shows zero ads, and is accessible. Highly recommended.
this is an excellent app but it can be improved
First let’s give credit where it is do! This is an excellent app! However we need to ban together and suggest they allow the user to refresh the database. Let me explain why this is important. They refresh the database once every few weeks. Do you want to wait several weeks for the station you added to the radio browser database to be added? I certainly don’t. the database refreshes in minutes. I see no reason they couldn’t have a background service check for duplicates and update the database if we pressed a button that were added that says refresh database. this has at least : 50466 stations
This is according to the radio browser website. so it could be more who knows how often that refreshes. but your station could just be there. I highly recommend this app. It is very close to replacing OOtunes. What it would take for me to Replace OOTunes with this is give the user the ability to refresh the database.

Have to say this is now replacing OoTunes for me. Firstly I didn’t have any major issues with OoTunes, however this seems that little bit easier in relation to the layout of the app, I love the connection sound which is a small thing I know, but I can hear the status of a feed in progress. That is a key of brilliant sales or product design. I didn’t know I needed it until I was exposed to it. Also it seems quicker and just more straight forward. The only downside and its a small one for me, is the lack of a record feature which possibly shouldn’t be there, but I used it from time to time, however not enough to keep it so its cool. I might even support them with a lifetime subscription once my annual renews.
Triode is my go to radio app
I would recommend the lifetime subscription. I did it and am very happy with it. Note I used to use OOtunes.
