When I get an incomingcall the ringTone sounds very briefly then stops. This does not happen when voiceover is switched off. I am missing important calls because of this and any help is greatly appreciated.
Do restart, check control pannel for making sure silent is off, theatre is off. Check valume by getting a call and race volume with crown button turning it, not sure clock or conter clock is up or down.

I have tried those and no success as yet. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.
