Screen to turn personalised ads on and off stops me from using the App Store app

Recently I had to reset all the settings on my second-generation iPhone SE, after a language error occurred. This error has been corrected by the reset, but another problem has arisen since then which I don't know how to solve. Whenever I open the App Store app, I am greeted by a screen with the word "Ad" at the top, with information about personalised ads under that: there are two buttons near the bottom of the screen, to turn personalised ads on and off, both of which are dimmed when their titles are read with VoiceOver. Turning on Screen Recognition still shows the buttons, but double-tapping them does nothing, and even tapping the screen in what I think is the right place with VoiceOver off still does nothing. Has anyone else had this pproblem, and, if so, is there an accessible solution?
For your information, I have not been blocked from using the App Store: I can still make in-app purchases, and my app subscriptions are working normally.
Thanks in advance for any replies concerning the personal ads screen problem.

I got my sighted partner to turn it off. Took about 10 seconds. However, I think someone on here came up with a way of doing it with VO but can't remember how. Hopefully they will see this post.

Have you tried restarting your phone or force-closing the App Store app to see if that resolves the problem? If not, you could also try going to Settings > Privacy > Advertising and toggling "Limit Ad Tracking" on. That might do the trick!

Same problem, iPhone 8, so super old, outdated OS, but while Android is my primary device for now, some apps just work better on iPhone, and found this one laying around, decided to get it up and running, and am having the same problem. I'll have sighted help today, so will get it taken care of, but super annoying.

Hey,
Thankfully there’s actually a simple solution. Swipe up with three fingers to scroll down the screen. Now the buttons will work.
It’s a weird bug.

Thank you to everyone who has sent me suggestions for solving my App Store problem. I'm very pleased to say that Dave's solution worked straight away, and my App Store app is now working normally. Now I know what to do if the same problem occurs in the future.

Ye'h it was Dave who solved this before. Or at least I'm sure it was same way anyway.
