macOS and Mac Apps

Hello everyone.
I need your help with the mac problem again.
It shows me a documents folder when i open my mac. The folder opens itself from the finders app.
I thought that downloading google drive is the issue, but i don’t know for sure.
Oh and i couldn’t remove google drive from mac either.
I hope that my explanation is enough☺️

Your message isn't that clear as to what your intended goal is. Could you please clarify what you're trying to do?

In the Finder, you can use keyboard shortcuts to go to the most common places in the Finder. Hold down Command-Shift and: - H to go to your home folder. - D to go to the desktop - O to go to your Documents folder - C to go to the computer where you can see your drives and images - K to go to your network - A to go to your applications folder - U to go to your Utilities folder

To uninstall an app, simply find it in the Applications folder and move it to the trash under the File menu or press command-delete.

I can’t uninstall google drive, because it’s working in background.
My biggest problem at the time is, when i open my mac it shows or is trying the show the documents folder from the finder’s sidebar menu no matter what i hide in finder’s settings.
I accidentally activated some settings i think, but i don’t know which once.
I’m generally bad at explaining things, but the hot weather makes my brain even more useless😇

I don't use Google Drive, but it sounds like it can't be deleted because it is currently in-use; quitting it should fix this problem. You may be able to do this from the Status menu, or if that doesn't work or you can't find the option, you can quit it via Activity Monitor (located in the Utilities folder).

You can use the View menu to change what's displayed in Finder. Alternatively, when in the finder, press Command-comma and change what's displayed in the finder Preferences. Good luck.

Try disabling launch on startup, or similar in google drive preferences, happy to troubleshoot further via email or voice call if it’s easier
