iOS 7.0.2 & Touch Screen Bug.

Hiya Guys, Just updated to 7.0.2 and the touch screen sensitivity bug has been fixed on my Iphone 4 s & Ipad 3rd Gen. Now I know that isn't the case for everyone so can anyone confirm that the touch screen bug has been fixed for them in the new update and if so on what device? I could reproduce the bug everytime before update but I haven't managed to do it once after. Friends with Iphone 5 and Ipad Minis report that the problem still happening for them even after update. Very strange. Thanks Shaun.

There is no change. waiting until iOS 7.1 comes out with new bugfixes. I have an iPhone 5S and haven't noticed any differences.

The iPod 5 still has the same amount of sensitivity. The issue seems to be less of one on my iPod than what others have described, but it has not changed in the new release.

Again, how is this more important than the focus being lost in safari when in websites?? That bug has been around for 2 years and no resolution. Instead, everyone complains about a minor sensitivity issue that doesn't really impact the overall experience. It may inconvenience it. But it does not create the huge issue of moving through headings, links, text, and being kicked back to the beginning of the page where you have to make your way to where you lost focus, only to lose it again. Can we prioritize some things on this website. Maybe tackle long existing issues instead of bothering with minor ones. Don't bother saying that this issue is minor only to me. The focus loss issue is much much bigger and has way more complaints.

lol. you really hate that Safari bug don't you Vash! No one is saying that this bug is "bigger" then the Safari issue, it's just a different one. Feel free to post a topic on the Safari bug and email Apple accessibility. I'll back you up all the way. Just to give my own experience of the Safari focus issue, some webpages are worse then others. I'm thinking it may be some sort of issue with either a java script or html page element being used causing voiceover/safari to refresh. But again that's not what this thread is about... So far only found 1 other person who says touch screen is back to normal after 7.02. Looks like it's just the 2 of us. lol.

That was the first thing I checked. That and many other (I suspect all) bugs are still here. I'm using an iPhone 4S. Seems Apple really only updated the lock screen issue in iOS 7.0.2. Sad. Though I don't expect many of these bugs to be fixed in iOS 7.1 or any other update. Many bugs from iOS 6 are still around so it seems Apple is sadly focussed on introducing more features together with more bugs rather than fixing the existing VoiceOver bugs.

It seems that if you have an iPhone 5s, this is reduced by turning on reduced motion. I don't see this issue much on my iPod touch 5 although I do have other issues.

Actually since iOS 7.0 I never had this but except when scrolling through pages what I mean is: home screen pages other than that I think i've Only experienced this bug once or twice

Vash, The priority of software bugs is really in the eye of the beholder. For example, the sensitivity bug probably does not bother you too much--something that is perfectly okay. I personally am not too bothered by the heading navigation issue in Safari because I don't use it much. I am *not* saying the navigation bug is not there or not a major problem--because it is on both counts. Would I be complaining more if I used Safari all the time like you do? You bet. But to suggest that people have their priorities wrong just because the issue in question does not cause you any inconvenience seems a little unfair.

Rob, The reduce motion setting won't be on your iPhone 4 because the feature that it toggles on and off is not available on that model.
