Hyper ship AI

Category

Description of App

Features: Advanced Accessibility with VoiceOver auto-detection and positional audio. Voiced by AI *** NOTE: Accessible audio is best experienced with headphones. Hyper Ship AI is a classic space shooter, re-imagined for the hyper casual genre. With the story's AI at the helm, you must rely on luck. Each level begins with modifiers, determined by a trip through an animated hyper tunnel stage. You pick up the modifiers in the tunnel, which are spawned by random chance, each favoring either you or the enemy. Each battle can favor one or the other, giving each level of Hyper Ship AI an unpredictable outcome! Many powerful upgrades are available to you for purchase with the currency earned in-game, either by collecting credits during hyper tunnel flight, by completing battles, or through an in-app purchase. All levels are re-playable, where you can earn additional credits. The option to buy credits as an in-app purchase was put in the game to provide a way of upgrading quickly, if you so desire. Designed from the ground up to be accessible to everyone, Hyper Ship AI's accessibility features and overall game play have been carefully designed and tested to provide the best experience possible. What happens in game can be heard via positional audio by a custom battle feedback system, designed in-house at Rock Son Games, for the visually impaired and individuals with low vision. The game's story is both displayed in text and voiced by AI generation. Gameplay is hyper casual, so level play is as simple as holding a touch anywhere on the screen to initiate hyper speed travel or a single tap to start up the battle system. Modifiers, AI, and a good bit of luck control the rest, The starting levels, designed to be an introduction to the modifier and optional accessibility system, are evenly paced and short, allowing everyone to learn the system at an even pace, before the battles get intense! The game will activate the accessibility system automatically if it detects you are using Apple's VoiceOver, and afterwards can be easily toggled on or off in the settings menu or with a three finger triple tap! The game remembers your choice, so at the next launch, your preferred setting automatically gets applied without any additional input! The advertisements within the game have been spread out every other level, to minimize interruption to the flow of the game, with an option to remove them all with a simple one time purchase. All revenue generated and received by Rock Son Games by ads and purchases support our mission of accessibility in gaming and future improvements to accessibility technology. For more details please visit www.rocksongames.com. This is the first in a series that Rock Son Games plans to release, based on our comic and short stories based around the planet "Sela". While these stories are still in production, this game provides an introduction for them. This chapter tells your tale as a senior spaceship captain of the Elite Interstellar Command, commonly referred to as "StellCom", charged with the protection of the planet "Sela". Starting in the Crimson Expanse, named for its beautiful red color, with a busted up ship and experimental AI, you must find a way home. This is your story. How it ends is up to you… * Note - All voiced audio is in English.

Double tap works only 10% of the time

By Firefly on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

I have noticed that if you double tap with two fingers, it usually works all the time.

By Panais on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

Tapping ones with two fingers makes the trick.
Can’t understand how the game works though. I have passed 2 levels only by holding my finger on the screen.

I do believe you have to double tap a bit quicker than normal in order for it to trigger. Also, I'm not sure what is going on but when I finish hyper jump I can't seem to hit the continue button after like 4 or 5 tries. Kind of hope these bugs will get fixed. Perhaps I'll send feedback. I do like the sounds and some of the cool concepts in a way. Kind of reminds me of an auto battler but spaced themed.

I'll be trying this game later.

How do you battle? I seem to win but don't know how I'm doing it.

By Lucky girl on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

I think in order to battle you have to just tap

By Lucky girl on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

I forgot to mention that sorry

By ming on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

just finished level 3.
and it is prety cool

By ming on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

I think double tap quickly should help!

By fastfinge on Friday, May 17, 2024 - 10:09

So this isn't actually documented or anything, but for those of you struggling, I *think* this is how it works:
When you tap on a level, you're making a hyperjump. To make the jump, press and hold your finger on the screen. You will hear your ships engines in both ears. In order to get the most number of bonuses, you need to keep it in both ears, by moving your finger slightly left or right on the screen. If you stop hearing the engine on the left, you should move your finger left until you do again. If you stop hearing it on the right, move your finger right until you do again. These should be tiny, tiny movements. The longer you stay in the center, the longer your jump will last, and the more good effects you will get. However, the longer you are off center, the more chance you have of getting bad affects. When you get credits, you will hear a kind of reward chime sound. When you get a good effect, you hear kind of an orchestra chord. When you get a bad effect, you hear a kind of sound of notes going downward. Once you get your rewards, you need to tap the screen until you hear the battle music start. Once the battle music starts, you need to tap again to start the battle.
Things I don't know yet:
* what the different battle sounds mean
* how the difficulty increases or changes from level to level (I'm currently on level 18)
* how many levels there are

Hope this helps! Feel free to correct me if anyone has any better information.

How do I get out of these ads? I can't seem to figure out how to get out of most of them. I tried waiting until the video is over but then no matter what I do I seem to get stuck in this, thing that voiceover doesn't read so I have no idea what it is. I can't buy the game to remove the ads at least not right now.

By Brian on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 - 10:09

This is the only way to remove them. I don’t know what your financial situation is, but it’s only like a dollar to remove the ads.

HTH. 🙂✌️
