pixel volume question

I have a question about voice and incoming calls. I have audio ducking set, but when I get a phone call on my pixel, the voice doesn't seem to override my ringtone. Is this because I am using an Acapella voice instead of google's built-in voices, or is there something else I am missing?

Talkback uses its own Accessibility volume Incoming calls so If The volume is set Higher than the accessibility volume That's how it'll behave

If I am not mistaken, to adjust accessibility volume with TalkBack, you have to hold 2 fingers to the screen, while adjusting the volume rocker.

Hello from the own phone app
look under more options
there some option to increase the volume and announce couple times the phone number.
Note to increase and decrease Talkback volume in android 14
hold with one finger on the screen while the talkBack is talking and press up volume to increase and down to decrease.
