Do you mean the menu extra? If so, try using your trackpad and pressing at the op right. You might need to scroll up and right with two fingers. Keep in mind that you need to turn off the trackpad commander for it to work. This way we can debug whether its VO or the system.

Hi. In case you're not aware, pressing control option F7 (or if your caps lock key is set to achieve the same as the Voiceover modifier), then press caps lock F7 once to hear the current time, press again to hear battery status, and press a third time to hear Wi-fi signal strength. So that VO F7 key command will toggle between those three items of useful information and can be used anywhere in Mac OS.

Hi, first at all, l many thanks Nuno and Rachel for your comments and suggestions.
Nuno, I don't like the Trackpad, so, I don't think that it will work for me, but anyway, many thanks.
Rachel, many thanks for those quick key combiantions, but if menu Extra doesn't work, how can I set up Wifi, for example?, if I go to an hotel, or a niw palce, etc?, for doing it, I used always the Extra menu. Some people told me that he had the same problem, and i had a Mac wit M1 processor, however people with old processor didn't notice it, has someone had the same problem?.
Many thanks again.

As an alternative to status menus, you can focus on Wi-Fi in Control Center and choose "Show details" from the actions menu (accessed by pressing VO-Command-Space). You should then be able to brows the list of networks and connect to one the same way you would if you'd accessed this dialog from the status menu.

Make sure that they are no other windows opened, sometimes creapy notifications prevent VO from interacting with some screen elements. Unfortunately you may need someone's help who is sighted in this situation.

Hi Tyler and all,
many thanks for your answer but, how can I accesso to the Control Center?, I tried pressing VoiceOver, Command Space, and it appears a menu with 4 options,, one of them is actions but if I press VO there, appear different options but related to the application where I am in that moment, so, Finder (actions of a text or folder), an email message, etc. So for accessing in this way taht you mind, to Status menu, what should I do?.
Many thanks in advance and have a nice dday, and thanks to Madalian as well for hter answer.
