I've not personally used it, but it it looks like a standard channel controller that integrates natively with Logic.
Because of this I can't see how it would need any special Voiceover functionality to make it accessible, as all it does is just control Logic, so Logic itself should speak using Voiceover as it would when useing the keyboard navigation.
Again, not tested this exact bit of hardware, but the very similar channel strip controllers that I use work natively and don't need any special adaptation for Voiceover.

Thanks for the responses, I see the Soft Tube is integrated and I currently us the Komplete Kontrol keyboard, hoping it works like these.
