A couple of days ago, I went into the accessibility settings for voiceover and changed some of the gestures. Now I simply cannot remember what the name of the gestures that can adjust volume or screen brightness up and down?

Thanks, John

The gesture I had set was able to adjust the volume, brightness, and also the page number when selecting the search field on the Home Screen

Have you considered trying using the volume up and down buttons on the side of your phone?

Hey Bruce, thanks for participating! No, that wouldn’t work since I need to adjust the brightness and many other things like the page on the home screen and so forth. So I would need to refind the name of the gesture in order to get what I’m looking for.

that's a swipe up or swipe down, once you're on the right slider, unless you went in and changed voiceover gestures, which I wouldn't recommend, unless you know how to reset it back to the default gestures.

Have you tried going to the control center and adjusting the volume or brightness from there?
