What’s up with Backpack studio

Hey guys, so I just redownloaded backpack studio and am running into some problems.. Every time I open the app, I get an error message that says The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. Also, when I try to import a sound from the free sound library, I get this: “alert, cannot import track. The file (insert file name here) couldn’t be opened because there is no such file.” Is anyone else getting this problem? If the free sounds are no longer available, where else can I get royalty-free music/sounds? By the way, I did try deleting the app and re-downloading it and I even looked on the Facebook page to see if there was any update about the free sounds not being available anymore. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks and hope everyone has a great day.
