Questions about Beats and AirPods Pro

Hello.
I have a pair of first generation AirPods Pro that has the crackling defect when noise control is enabled. This is the second pair I got back in 2020 with Apple's replacement program since my first pair had this issue, then the replacement pair picked it up about six months later.
I tried cleaning them, but when that didn't work, I tried disabling noise control like I did with the first pair, I noticed that the crackling was gone, so that confirmed that the replacements I received were defective.
I'd called Apple when I discovered this issue, and they said I could only get the replacement program once, so I got a pair of earbuds from Klipsch.
They sound good, but they're quiet, it's hard to keep them in my ears, and they have a few other issues.
I'm considering getting another pair of wireless earbuds, but I'm not sure what I should do.
As much as I like AirPods and think they're a great product, I'm hesitant to pick up another pair of them.
I know we have the AirPods Pro 2, but I've seen stuff online suggesting that some of the second generation Pros have this same crackling defect.
I've also considered earbuds from Beats, but since Apple owns them, I'm assuming they use the same tech as the AirPods, so I'm not too sure if I should get a pair of Beats earbuds.
I had a pair in the past that sounded great, but I'm curious to know what other people would recommend.

You really are not limited to just Beats or AirPods. There are a variety of 3rd party bluetooth earbuds with excellent sound quality.

You mentioned Beats. I kinda like Beats X and Flex personally. I prefer neckband style earbuds, because I do not trust the AirPod style of earbuds not to fall out when I am exploring my world. So I may be biased. 😅

Sony, for example, makes stellar pair of bluetooth earbuds with fantastic sound quality. I should also mention that some 3rd party earbuds have their own app to replace Apple's exclusive, albeit limiting, audio features.

HTH. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I know there are other options, but I can't seem to find many other options with ear detection like what the AirPods have.
I know it's minor, but I like how seemlessly the AirPods and Beats products connect with the device, as well as the ability to have your notifications read as soon as they come in.
Not the most important thing to have, but still nice features to have around.

Like you and some of the other comment or say, I love the in ear detection and transparency mode. That is really too bad you got burn with your first and second airPods. And I also love the notifications being immediately read to me
